Dr.Lelithabhai is the Consultant Researcher of Corporate Mann. She was Research Associate in Kerala State Nirmithikendra where she worked on Research Projects on atternative technologies of building construction and low cost building materials. She has worked in Integrated Rural Technology Centre (IRTC), and State Planning Board, Kerala. She has been a Lecturer in Developmental Economics at Extention Training Centre, Kerala. She currently working as Research Associate in Kerala Institute of Local Administration where she conducts training for functionaries of LSGIs.She has published number of books, Research Papers, Articles on Management and Development etc. Dr. Lelithabhai holds Ph.D in applied Economics from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), M.Phil applied Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi, MA in Development Economics from University of Kerala.
